Lifestyle escape offers views, bush, grazing and opportunity

Looking at Bayleys’ photo parade of this intriguing Raglan property, one stands out in terms of the possible potential to enhance the lifestyle on offer here. With around 13 hectares, there’s a spot down by the water where artist and photographer Simon Dickey cleverly imposed an artist impression of a what could be an art studio or accomodation by the waters edge. From a family perspective, or business ideas – it sends a message to escape city bustle and explore the opportunities. Sitting on the fringe of town, off the main road into Raglan, it’s roughly a five-minute drive to the cafes and shops – yet the sense of isolation and bush beauty is the major attraction of the lifestyle on offer here. Thanks to the elevation, views are exquisite. The home sits on a prominent position to embrace a stunning outlook of Raglan’s inner harbour, surrounding countryside and Mount Karioi. Sunsets are breathtaking. Sitting on the deck, it’s a magical spot to toast the tranquillity and beauty that envelopes this home. Its styling suits the setting.
